We deliver live plants, pots, soil and gardening supplies across Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Bulk and corporate orders can be shipped pan-India.

Each plant is packed in a sturdy corrugated box with the pot secured at the base and the canopy cushioned with biodegradable wrap. We ship with same-day or next-day local delivery partners to minimise transit stress.

Delhi NCR orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Bulk and pan-India orders may take 5–7 business days depending on the destination and availability.

If a plant arrives damaged or wilted, share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. Pots, soil and accessories can be returned unused within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

You can cancel an order from your account dashboard before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you can initiate a return after delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway over SSL-encrypted connections. VaanMart never stores your card or bank details.
