Shipping & Delivery

We move plants quickly and pack them carefully, because a plant in transit is a living thing on a clock.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 24 hours for addresses inside a ~10 km radius of our Greater Noida West base. Orders placed close to the end of the day may be scheduled for the following morning so plants are not left in transit overnight.

Where We Deliver

• Plants, pots and garden supplies — Greater Noida West and the surrounding area, within roughly 10 km of our base.
• Landscaping and garden maintenance services — across Delhi NCR, quoted per site.

If you are outside our delivery radius, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders under ₹499. Orders of ₹499 and above are delivered free within the radius above. The exact amount is always shown in your cart before payment — you are never charged something you have not seen.

Packaging

Each plant travels in a corrugated box with the pot secured at the base and the canopy cushioned so foliage is not crushed. Pots and fragile planters are wrapped separately.

On Delivery

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Plants are perishable, so any transit damage should be reported the same day with a photo — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
