Terms of Service

Welcome to VaanMart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VaanMart website and mobile experience, and every order you place with us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please keep your contact details and delivery addresses accurate and up to date.

2. Products

We sell live plants, planters, gardening tools and related products. Live plants are natural products — size, shape, colour and foliage may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Product images are indicative and pots or accessories shown in photos are not included unless stated in the product description.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, coupons and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, stock unavailability or delivery serviceability issue; any amount paid for such an order will be refunded in full.

4. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with an order number.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) processed securely via Razorpay.
• Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes, which you can check on the product or checkout page.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: you may cancel an order before it is packed or shipped, and request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

6. Coupons, Offers & Referrals

Coupons and referral rewards are subject to their stated conditions, are non-transferable and hold no cash value. We may withdraw or modify offers at any time, and may cancel orders or rewards obtained through misuse of a coupon or the referral programme.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including placing fraudulent orders, abusing offers, attempting unauthorised access, or posting unlawful or infringing content in reviews. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — logos, text, images and design — belongs to VaanMart or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaanMart's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
