Referral information: referral codes you share or use as part of our referral programme.

To process, deliver and provide updates about your orders.
To handle returns, replacements, refunds and support requests.

Sharing of Information

We share it only with trusted partners who help us serve you — delivery partners (name, address and phone needed to deliver your order), payment processors (Razorpay) for completing transactions, and government or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secured infrastructure with restricted access. Passwords are stored in hashed form and payment credentials are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your Rights

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or update your personal information from your account settings, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data by writing to us. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time.
