We deliver within 24 hours for addresses inside a ~10 km radius of our Greater Noida West base. Orders placed late in the day may go out the next morning so plants are not left in transit overnight.
Plants, pots and garden supplies are delivered in Greater Noida West and the surrounding area, within roughly 10 km of our base. Landscaping and garden maintenance services are available across Delhi NCR. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
A flat ₹49 applies to orders under ₹499. Orders of ₹499 and above are delivered free within our delivery radius. The exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day it arrives, with your order number. Plants are perishable, so early reporting helps us resolve it fastest. We will replace the plant free of charge, or refund you if you prefer.
Once your request is approved, the refund is initiated within 72 hours of approval and credited within 3 working days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to display it. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Yes — free of charge any time before dispatch, from your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp. After dispatch an order cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or raise a return within 7 days.

UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and popular wallets, all through Razorpay's secure gateway. Cash on Delivery is available in our delivery area. VaanMart never stores your card or bank details.
No. You can check out as a guest — we only need a delivery address, phone number and email for your order confirmation. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and reuse them next time.
We are available 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week on phone and WhatsApp. Orders can be placed on the website at any time.
